By accessing 39ok or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply to the 39ok website, mobile version, and app (where available).
You must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum legal age requirement applicable in Bangladesh. Use of the platform by anyone below this age is strictly prohibited. 39ok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
Each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, 39ok reserves the right to suspend or close all of them, and the associated balances may be forfeited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.
- Fraudulent activity against the platform.
- Using unauthorized software or bots.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
If an account is closed, any decision regarding the refund of unused balances remains at 39ok's discretion and will be made following a review.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must follow the rules below while using the 39ok platform. No part of the platform may be used for commercial purposes beyond personal entertainment.
- Allowing a third party to use your account or placing bets on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 39ok platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved payment methods (such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made using only your own registered payment method.
- Deposits from third-party payment methods are not accepted and will be returned.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as shown on the platform.
Withdrawal Rules
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–5 business days.
- In cases of suspicious activity, 39ok may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.

39ok is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or any financial losses incurred. 39ok's liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform is limited. 39ok is not liable for issues caused by internet outages, device problems, or third-party payment method failures.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
